Who do you guys think may commit at the BBQ? Anybody expect any surprises?

Yeah, the BBQ has always made some good impressions that proved useful later, but in and of itself, it was never Commitapalooza.

My reasoning is that some of the big boppers and guys we truly have room for are 1. not coming (Gary) 2. not comitting (Mitchell), I don't remember his status for the event. 3. not considering us as highly as other programs (Corley) Most of the guys we have room for seem like their commitments are going down to the wire.

He said he was not comitting on his visits LAST weekend.

I would love to get Hill...and Corley (though I am not sure what position gets dropped if we add 2 more receivers - assuming Mitchell).

I think Sam Webb expects at least one of the '17s to drop - most likely Malone-Hatcher imo.

SIR commits on his visit. Soon thereafter ... by mid-August ... Mitchell. Hill flips after we torch PSU on national TV - maize and blue glory in that sea of white. Corley sees the light (so to speak) soon after - once he realizes that both MSU and OSU are like ten 4-stars deep at his position (he wants to play asap and close to home). WE GET GARY! And then Davis is the silent commit that picks the block-M hat on national signing day in great fashion to top off a top 5 recruiting year (in his first year). CAN YOU BELIEVE WE HAVE HARBAUGH !!!
