OK. Polls pretty much don't mean anything.

Except that they do. The last time I checked, 2 POLLS made up 2/3 or the BCS formula (and yes, I know that Oklahoma is only ranked in the AP poll, which is not part of the BCS anymore, but that is not my point).

NO - Okay

OK. Sweet headline.

They did just barely lose to Texas, which has to count for something. Sure Texas is overrated, but still, OK isn't as bad as you would normally think a 3-3 team would be. They pull out that win yesterday what would your perception of them be? I don't think it's that absurd for them to be #25. We'll see how they do the rest of the season to get our answer.

what about the fact that 3 teams who scored 21, 16 and 13 points all beat Oklahoma?
On the other hand, what about the fact that these three teams are ranked #3, #10 and #15ish in the bcs polls?

OK - we'll have to see if the "Chokelahoma" moniker holds up in the Alamo/citrus fruit juice bowl.

It's OU, not OK.

They aren't BCS ranked though.

DISTURBING.
That is all.

be labeled OT?
Oklahoma best 3 loss team in the country. Tough losses to good teams, but they should not be in the top 25 right now.

Anything college sports-related should be on-topic.

Yes, OT: OK would be a much more informative title. Please change this.

I dont think there are 25 better teams than Oklahoma.
Arent you supposed to be ranking the best teams anyway?
I know it inflates the numbers right now. But, let the season play out. If OU loses once more, they will be out for good most likely. If they win out from here, they probably would re-enter the poll at some point anyway. I think there is a ceiling on hig OU will ever get ranked from this point on, so I dont think its a concern that the current OU standing has a head start against the hypothetical OU standing I laid out should they win out and eventually re-enter the poll.
Also: Not sure if any of that mumbo jumbo made sense.

Okla-ho-ma! OK!
