Official NCAA Stats Confirm First Career Victories for Minter, Hart, Jay Harbaugh, and Moore

During my investigation of the 'All-Time Rushing TD Leaders' thread, I came across a webpage (https://stats.ncaa.org/player/game_by_game?game_sport_year_ctl_id=16460&org_id=418&stats_player_seq=2425089) shedding light on who the NCAA credited wins to for the first three games.  You remember those first 3 games when Jim Harbaugh was absent, reportedly due to some cheeseburgers.

This data confirms that the NCAA recognized wins for the interim coaches during the games they coached. Specifically, this includes the UNLV game where Hart and Jay alternated halves and were both credited with the win. According to NCAA rules, the school could have attributed the wins to Jim Harbaugh if they chose to do so. Prior to seeing this page, I was uncertain about the official coach of record for those games.

I get the sense that if anyone at the NCAA D-1 "Council" is still around when Harbs stops being Michigan HC like 35 years from now - they are going to vacate every M win.

We'll get knocked from around 1,500 W's back to the 915 we had when he showed up.
