Draft day. One of the best sports weekends of the year. Wish they went back to the Saturday draft though

Yeah pretty sure you're in the minority on that my friend.

Would've given my left nut to have Zeke suit up for the Maize and Blue. Yeah he made some dumb comments after the MSU game, but so the hell what? He produces. He'll have to keep his mouth shut until he earns his place in the NFL, but would've loved to see him play for the good guys.

Just like I bet OSU would've loved to see Woodson play for them.

Does anyone else get that feeling that no matter what the Lions will still find a way to screw things up? I mean, I'm really optimistic about Bob Quinn, but there still feels like there is a disturbance in the force.

In some other life, I am rolling into the NFL Draft with drop dead gorgeous women at my side.

One thing I still don't get is why the draft begins with the first team "on the clock."  Haven't they been on the clock since the day the draft order was set?  Why doesn't the draft officially begin with the announcing of the first pick?

So I guess the NFL network I is the less annoying of the two? They have Eisen, and Natick isn't terrible, but Mooch is, Shaw is whatever.

ESPN has Berman, who is the worst. Kiper and Gruden know their stuff but are grating. Don't know the other guy well enough.

I haven't seen Shaw do enough analysis like this to have an opinion going in. I tend to not like when current coaches/players are brought on during the playoffs or other such things, they just never say anything interesting or even slightly negative.
