It's going against the grain of my heart to want to see him out, because I like him a lot.
But it looks like he's not all in to his job.
For the good of the team, like another guy said, he should step aside. It would be taking the high road, and show a good example to the team.

I dunno. But good luck finding a guy who has some sort of miracle Top 10 finish at minor program. You're going to have to take a chance on a guy who has turned around a historically bad team. Fickell has Cincy ranked. They are 18-3 in their last 21 games. He can also recruit, although his audition at OSU sucked. Brohm has one more win over OSU than Harbaugh. Matt Campbell is 21-12 in the past three seasons with Iowa State and he has a signature win that Harbaugh doesn't have.
I'd take all three of those guys over the mentally checked out shell that we have coaching Michigan now.

Fickle is Hoke version 3 to me. (Harbaugh is Hoke 2.0)
All 3 of them are now where near good enough to be the head coach here.

I see him maybe more as Gary Moeller 2.0. Failed at his first job badly. Played for OSU, assistant for an OSU legend. He definitely has had more immediate success at Cincy than Hoke had at Ball State. The Ohio recruiting and ability to bring intensity to the rivalry would be a big plus.
