This article provides insight into the tremendous disadvantage Notre Dame has been hindered with and how the implementation of this new found advantage will make all who oppose mere mortals amongst football gods...

Maybe it was the crappy head coaches, not the sports nutritionist.
Yes, I know (hope) the OP is going for sarcasm, but come on...

That article is just fantastic--even though it's apparently serious.
First, it's written by one Ryan O'Leary, which is clearly a pseudonym to make him appear more Irish-Catholic. Real name--Hans Brix.
Second, quotes like this: “Me being there is pretty critical now, letting them know what the leaner choices are,” Whitman stated. OH, the fried mayonnaise balls dipped in chocolate sauce and wrapped in bacon are BAD for me??
Maybe they just weren't eating at all. Perhaps ND players were actually scavanging for food while the "fat cats" (read: fat Charlie) was hoarding all the food for himself.
Let's retire the returning to glory shirts now, so MGoBlog can be ahead of the curve.

EDIT: Holy shit. So 504 gateway error means "I'm going to post this but make it so you can't access the page anyway."

That advantage being four meals a day?

This "menu" looks fairly typical for institutional food: cheap cuts of meat with a lot of window dressing. If they take the fatty condiments out of the recipes, the food probably doesn't taste as good as that in the other halls. That should cut down on complaints of preferential treatment.

They dug up the Gipper?

Tate and Clausen were both Juniors so they would have another year of eligibility.

Returning to Glory since I've been watching college football.

I am not sure if the training table was part of Kelly's "demands" on accepting the HC position, or if the AD already intended to implement it this season but either way it is a step in the right direction.

How old were you the last time ND won a Natl' Championship? If you ask most ND undergrads the answer is "I wasn't born yet". In a nutshell, it has been a loooong wait for the return.

How many head coaches has ND had since their last Natl' Championship? Include O'Leary if you like.
February 12th, 2010 at 10:01 PM ^
How many bowl games has ND won since their last Natl' Championship? Hint - it is a same as the answer to the previous question if you exclude O'Leary as a head coach.

Well I think I answered most of your questions the last time you asked them, http://mgoblog.com/diaries/michigan-ndbarwis-longo Is there an actual point your trying to make this time? I don't really want to waste my time on your questions if there isn't.

Don't take it so personally Irish - my questions were to anyone reading. Interesting that you didn't answer the first question though - should we draw the conclusion that you haven't experience much ND glory in your life? Finally, I'm just curious - why do you spend so much time on MGoBlog? Hoping the answer provides a revelation.
