TNT is hurrying to create a package telling us about the Spartan injuries of mid January and how its affecting Sparty today, hence the close game.

How in the hell did Harvard get back in this? I was watching Wisconsin.
March 22nd, 2014 at 10:34 PM ^
I will never say anything bad about any other teams radio crew ever again after hearing that.

Has Amaker ever beaten Izzo?
March 22nd, 2014 at 10:37 PM ^
Amaker was 3-7 v Izzo
March 22nd, 2014 at 10:40 PM ^
He was 3-7 against Izzo when he coached us.

Harvard takes the lead!

March 22nd, 2014 at 10:36 PM ^
Seriously how is Harvard close to this team? The athletic difference is staggering.
March 22nd, 2014 at 10:37 PM ^
Michigan State is still recovering psychologically from the trauma of all those injuries earlier in the season.
March 22nd, 2014 at 10:39 PM ^
Ok that explains it...
March 22nd, 2014 at 10:38 PM ^
All the experts went on and on about MSU and Louisville. Well both will probably survived, but no sane person would consider either of these two as one of the favourites to win the tournament now.

"MSU needed a game like this where they were threatened to prepare them for the next rounds" - FREEP
March 22nd, 2014 at 10:38 PM ^
And I'd like to punch you in your nose, Douglas Gottlieb.
March 22nd, 2014 at 10:39 PM ^
that is cool under fire.
March 22nd, 2014 at 10:40 PM ^
Izzo too...
...wait...
March 22nd, 2014 at 10:39 PM ^
That Wisconsin advancing gives the Big Ten another team in the Sweet Sixteen, and considering that Oregon recently accepted the transer of SF Brandon Austin, who was essentially kicked out of Providence after being accused of rape, I can get behind the Badgers for once.
With that being said, hang in there Crimson!

Go Crimson.
March 22nd, 2014 at 10:41 PM ^
MSU just has too much talent but it's nice to see them having to sweat a bit.

Valentine has a serious case of punchable-face syndrome.
March 22nd, 2014 at 10:44 PM ^
Never really expected Harvard to pull it out, but it was fun watching Izzo absolutely panic for about 10 minutes.
March 22nd, 2014 at 10:45 PM ^
MSU will win, but I don't see them as national-champion material. Just way too sloppy with the basketball.
March 22nd, 2014 at 10:46 PM ^
There is nothing about MSU that suggests title material. They are a horrible three point shooting team, they have a huge foul disparity nearly every game, and they're sloppy with the ball.
March 22nd, 2014 at 10:48 PM ^
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
March 22nd, 2014 at 10:48 PM ^
But they're finally healthy
March 22nd, 2014 at 10:50 PM ^
They're actually a pretty good 3-point team overall, although they fall too much in love with it.
Their other problem is that NCAA tournament refs actually call fouls on all their handchecking and grabbing.

fullscreen/non fullscreen button to dissappear along with the volume slider when a commercial comes on should be shot.
Next year we probably won't even be able to close the internet exploser without pulling the plug on your computer.
Come on Harvard (looks pretty over).

I think you actually have to have a tv plan to even watch this stuff ("legally") online anymore.

it asks for the sign in before hand.
I'm still going to back out of the program everytime I'm not fast enough with my mouse with venom for the person who made that design decision.
