I was about to create a thread if no one else did. I was holding-out, it would be little lame for my first thread ever created.
I'm saving up for something earth shattering, for example, "Harbaugh announces he has been vegan for 22 years".... or.... "Urbs decides to ban all booster interation with program".... or.... "UFO descends on Ann Arbor, Harbaugh teaches aliens to properly receive snap".... or.... "Izzo's player X suffers injury two weeks ago, and Izzo has yet to use it as excuse".... or.... "ESPN fires Berman for one terrible nickname too many".... or.... I guess that's about it.

Kessler was supposed to be a Heisman candidate.
BTW, shouldn't this thread be "What Needs To Happen To Make The Playoff" or "Michigan Rooting Interest Thread"??

I don't think this game really affects anything Michigan related. Maybe root for Colorado for Keyshon Camp.

I'm rooting against USC...because I hate them... but also...
IIRC, wasn't Michigan in the mix for Cravens, Jackson, and Smith[-Shuster]? I think that makes me dislike them more... I don't know why. It's probably a bad look on me.

BTW another Mack Brown gem:
With 6 minutes left to go in the FIRST QUARTER, Mack said something to the effect of: "This is an important drive for Colorado with just under 6 minutes left here. They want to go into the half with a tied game, or maybe a small lead."
Perhaps back in his day the game was a little slower, but come on.

It would be interesting to see USC's overall record in cold weather.

did Colorado hire Little Richard to sing the National Anthem?

For everyone who mocked the sensitivity of Mizzou's "Whiteout" theme, at least the Tiger Team store has pulled the Whiteout shirts from the shelves. Finally some sense down there.

You and your ilk may think you are "fighting" for a fairer and more just society. But then so did the Jacobins and the Bolsheviks. Fanaticism--even if well meant--rarely results in the realization of the goal, but at best a bastardization and at worse the complete opposite of what was intended.
But hey, celebrate your hollow victory while you can.

Sal... about half the time I agree with your posts whole-heartedly, about half the time I disagree wholeheartedly. But all the time I at least am interested to read your take.
If we came across each other in real life, I'd have a beer with you, then at the end I would likely either punch you in the face or buy you another. Or both.
November 13th, 2015 at 10:41 PM ^
What's wrong with a socially fairer society? Do you think that the civil rights movement was wrong because people were pushing for fairness? Somebody put a swastika on the wall. You think that behavior like that is fine?
November 13th, 2015 at 11:29 PM ^
How do you know who put a swastika on a wall? You must understand that the way up power brokers want race wars, etc. Gives them power. They engineer many events. You have to choose peace and tolerance. Don't get suckered in by emotion. Be more intelligent.

Nothing wrong with it, no, and no.
I had a much longer response, but this is a sports board and I'll refrain from posting it.

Of course, when I think of college football I think of a "comedian" with a bunch of racist puppets.
There has got to be someone more relevant from Baylor who could sit in on this panel.
