The University That Shall Not Be Named is a 21-point favorite over North Texas.

Starting now on ESPN.

I mean, even those of you "working" today probably aren't getting much done, so why not enjoy some eggnog (with copious amounts of rum, of course) and meaningless postseason competition!

Living here then and now. Was a difficult few weeks following that. For quite some time, rarely did I meet a new person from down here who, upon learning I went to Michigan, didn't say something like "I will never forget that game in 2007!" I'd just respond, "Neither will I...neither will I. Sigh..."

On a brighter note, I think UM football becoming irrelevant after that has helped. It's just not that surprising in peoples' minds anymore.

OK, maybe that's not really brighter.

Myrtle Beach? More like Turtle Creeps! Everyone I've met from that awful place is a sicko who wants to sexually assault aquatic reptiles and no one is talking about it!

There is no such thing as a "bad" bowl game... any college football is better than none (and we nearly had no season at all this year).

Since when can't Appalachian State be named?  I think we've been over that for a long time.

Nothing like new crises to make you forget the old ones.
