Nice to hear this!  He'll have a great mentor in Don Brown, and he's a pretty quality guy on his own.  He went through a lot at Michigan and had to wonder if he'd actually ever get to play.  But he did, and was one of the best players on the team as a starter.

Good for him and good for Don Brown for giving this opportunity.

And from Coach McCray’s experience in Happy Valley, I bet he’s the first to speak up the next time a game plan calls for a slower LB to cover the other team’s RB and fastest player in man coverage!

Nice- the more program alums get into the coaching, the more great candidates we have down the line. Best of luck to you Mike. Hope to see you back in A2 one day

That's great. He may not have had the foot speed to keep up with backs be he was always supposed to be a heady  player who gave it his all. Glad to hear he's climbing the ranks.

He’s a great young man had the pleasure of teaching him and his Dad is a past captain at OSU.  Couldn’t have happened to a better man and his family. GO BLUE!
