One recruit doesn’t make or break our great class. This would be fun to diss Sparty. Farrell is just reporting what Benny told him and has told others. I doubt Benny would be saying this if he was seriously leaning towards wavering. He could easily say, he’s firm to MSU right now, but is listening to others. That is normal recruit talk. Saying this means he’s either 100% to MSU or if he’s not he’s trolling them hard and I don’t think he’s do that, his best friend signed with MSU Wednesday.

Andrel Anthony is trying as well, which I am sure he listens to them because he is probably friends with them. I don’t think it will be enough to get him to flip. He sounds locked into Sparty.

If he was locked into MSU he would've signed this week. Lots of time until February. Sure there will be rumors galore with him (especially if he really will field calls from any coach).
One thing MSU does gave going for them is his teammate and good friend signed this week.

It's hard to take 17 year olds at face value, because the reality is, even if they mean what they say, things can change that they don't anticipate. There are all sorts of examples of guys saying they are going to school A only to win up not going to school A. Sure, it's never a good sign for school B when he says he's going to school A, but that doesn't mean it's 100%.
