Have we won any game on the BTN this year other than the BIG CHILL. I swear it seems like every time we are on the BTN we blow a close game that we played extremely sloppy in. Hopefully this osu game doesn't end like the last time we played them on the BTN.....We Need More Goals Please. So frustrating that all of this talent doesn't just explode and have more goals this season. Lets get 5 this period haha

Fine, it was a trip. But last I checked (and I check quite often), a goal scored on a delayed penalty waives the penalty.

the first season it's been in effect. It's one of the genius ideas of Forrest Karr (current Alaska-Fairbanks AD, MSU grad) and his committee, along with short-handed icing (currently only used in exhibitions, but probably a front runner to go into effect two years from now when they next add rules), to make the game "better". And obviously a "better" game in this regard helps us compete with the CHL for recruits. Every kid wants to play in a league with a pretty significant difference in the rules from the NHL (shorthanded icing, at least). Despite some ridiculous number of coaches against it, including I believe all of the coaches at power programs. I'm not normally a particularly angry person, but if I ever met him, I would punch him in the face.

I haven't been able to catch too many games this year on tv, but holy crap I understand what Brian is referring to when he said this team can't score goals like they used to. I miss Chad Kolarik.
