Michigan offensive analyst John Morookian hired by Biff Poggi to be Offensive Tackles & Tight Ends Coach at Charlotte
Glad that Poggi is giving some of our analysts a chance to spread their wings and improve. Morookian now joins former Michigan analyst Ryan Osborn who is DC at Charlotte

If JH leaves, can we just bring back Poggi?

That Athletic article did more for Poggi's job prospects than 40 years of actually coaching

Now this is how you announce a staff departure. Glad we are seeing former staff/analysts getting bigger name positions.

We get coaches from the Ravens, Charlotte gets coaches from us... it's all coming together.

This opens up a spot to hire DG as an offensive analyst. His analysis has been spot on Sam's radio show. We all know how he developed the special connection with Gallon. This offensive staff needs a former QB to improve 1) tempo, 2) development of the QB-WR1, 3) establish offensive flow.

Hes moving his way up the FOX sports ladder. But depending pay, there's a chance

Ehh. I’m skeptical on this one. We’d be better off finding an NFL guy who can help enhance the passing game. Andy Reid’s staff has done an excellent job with adapting spread principles into what is, at its foundation, a true west coast offense. We need the guy who can do that, but for Jim.
