Michigan baseball vs. Oklahoma State
Even though he was pitching a great game, Michigan pulls Brett Adcock after 3 innings in order to have him ready to pitch (presumably on Thursday) in the Big Ten Tournament.
To update the Big Ten, Michigan will receive a #3, #4 or #5 seed in the Big Ten tournament, depending on today's results in conference games. Michigan's first-round opponent will be Indiana, Maryland or Michigan State.
at the baseball game---I thought a few more fans would be in town early prior to the softball game at 4pm.
doesn't seem like we ever have a big crowd for baseball. The only huge crowd I can remember was for the 2008 regional.
Average attendance was 691 last year and hasn't been over 1,000 since 2010.

Great way to close the regular season.
Let's hope Minny beats sparty so Michigan gets the 3 seed, isn't on Illinois' side of the bracket and doesn't have to play at 10pm like last year.
That was awful, staying up until 2am.
3 seed would be amazing for the program.
I'm curious, though. Why would Michigan get the tiebreaker over MSU? They didn't play in-conference (and MSU won their ooc matchup). MSU has a better overall record. I'm just curious how the tiebreaker works.
1st tiebreaker is head-to-head but only within the conference schedule, so the loss to MSU doesn't count. 2nd is winning % against common opponents within the conference, and Michigan has the edge there. See this.
Michigan will play Indiana in the opener on Wednesday.
Where have you been?
Minnesota wins!! Michigan will play the first game of the B1G Tournament at 10am on Wednesday against the 6 seed!
