I get how being pessimistic is a solid defensive mechanism for fans, but people just freaked out excessively last night and are, unsurprisingly, celebrating this win without a hint of introspection.
Great win and definitely feels like they have a fighting chance against either UCLA or LMU next.
For those who haven't been watching all season, Michigan actually beat #2 UCLA on the road 7-5 back on March 8.
Gonna be a different animal in June but something to note. These guys won't be intimidated.

Really happy to see this group advance. Absolutely stunned and excited to see a Michigan team make clutch plays. Credit to these kids for being resilient. Also think Bakich threw caution to the wind which helped. Made some gutsy calls that paid off.
