META: Detailed headlines are good reporting

This isn't buzzfeed.  You don't get paid by the click-through.  Have a little respect for the tenets of basic journalism and avoid getting negbombed.  Let me show you how!

"John Navarre" is a 100% shit thread title

"John Navarre playing well for Cardinals tonight" is a good title.  Also literally never happened.  Oh well.

"Thorne rumor" is right back to the shit department, for multiple reasons.

"MSU QB Thorne injury rumor" now we're talking.  I was gonna put a Michigan player as an example here but I think we could do without the negative vibes.  Also if Peyton Thorne trips on a small dog and twists his ankle, I'm taking credit.

Leaders and best, people.  Make it happen.

I will leave this one because some of you need to see this. Seriously.

Bad headline: "Devin Bush"

OK Headline: "Question Regarding Devin Bush"

Slow News Day: "Water Houseplants When Soil is Dry"

Good Headline: "Devin Bush Having Rather A Good Game This Week"

All I came to say is...we complain this board has gone to shit. But I just read that Rolovich/Washington St. thread and that thing is fucking beautiful.

Top to bottom one of the best OT threads I've seen in awhile.

I love logic and analogies and that was sexy bits on a site that no longer does sexy bits.
