MBB a 2 seed in Lunardi's first bracketology

I know it's early, but I thought it would be nice to give everyone an idea of where we stand in the eyes of the national media right now.

1 seeds are Gonzaga, Duke, Virginia, Kansas. Our fellow 2 seeds are Nevada, MSU, and Auburn.

10 big ten teams made the bracket (most of any conference):

Michigan (2 seed), MSU (2), Wisconsin (4), OSU (5), Purdue (5), Nebraska (6), Indiana (6), Iowa (7), Maryland (7), Minnesota (11)

Michigan's Putting the right foot forward this season!

It's a little odd to see MBB so dominant in the early part of the season, but I trust Beilein will have them peaking in March regardless.

Hail!

Joe Lunardi has the best job in the world.

He only works 4 months of the year, and nobody pays any attention to his work until the last month.

And he does not even have to be right.

We are not worthy, Joe Lunardi.

The only thing I take from that is 10 B1G teams in the tourney. If that happens and the B1G doesnt get a 1 seed someone is on the take.

In my bracketology I have Michigan as a #1 seed using the NET rankings and KenPom in my formula.  The other #1 seeds I have are Duke, Gonzaga, and Virginia.

I am trying to beat Lunardi this year.  Last year I missed on 3 teams and Lunardi missed on 2.  If I can beat Lunardi I am lobbying ESPN for his job.

MSU in same region as Duke is nice.  Michigan as a top 4 seed wouldn't be placed in Columbus. There is a rule called "home court disadvantage" for seeding the top 4 seeds in a region and I would think Michigan in Columbus qualifies. Des Moines is next closest and Kansas then Michigan would be placed there.
