Local School Dancing Again?
I live very close to Bucknell and make a lot of their games. Last night we drove through a blizzard to watch them beat Lehigh to make it to the finals of the Patriot League Tournament. It's exciting to know they are one game from going back to the NCAA.
Their 4500 seat arena was rocking last night and I'm very excited about Friday. The game is going to be on ESPN2 and tip is scheduled for 4:45.
How hilarious was it when Bucknell beat Kansas a few years ago? A good friend of mine went to Bucknell, and he was beside himself when that upset happened.
Is Bucknell the team that almost beat Kansas a couple years ago?
Bucknell beat KU 64-63, and then Bucknell lost to Wisconsin by 9.
For some reason I thought they almost beat kansas as a 16 seed.
Is that the Pawn Stars guy? It's gotta be.
Thought this was going to be a footloose-style story....
Nobody cares
Thanks for adding to the discussion.
Dick.
The discussion about a team that one person cares about on a Michigan sports blog? that discussion?
I think i probably did more to advance any discussion on this thread now that you went and got all cry baby about it.
We have a board full of members that went to other schools in addition to Michigan, and happen to be proud of them as well. You may not care, most may not care, but some do, and if you don't give a shit, then go down to the next thread.
And I stand by my taunts and look forward to winning another lax national title, and eventually playing M for one.
I think the OP confused this website with Brian's other website, BucknellGoBlog.com. It was an honest mistake.
I drove 5 hours yesterday round trip to watch my alma mater lose in the semi finals of their conference tourny. As the #1 seed. On their home court. Down by 25 at the half they cut the lead to 6 with 4 minutes left and that's as close and they got. This has nothing to do with anything but I thought I'd share.
I kind of assumed that this was going to be about Western Michigan, who is one of the favorites going into the MAC conference tourney.
Juwan Howard, Jr has been one of the Broncos' standout players as a true freshman. I'd like to see them make the field of 68.
Goooooooooo Broncos. Pretty much going to have to win it or at least show up better than Kent in the MAC Tourney this week or they will probably be on the outside of that bubble.
The MAC isn't getting multiple bids.
I assumed Oakland myself, they're playing in the Summit championship tonight.
Go Bucknell!!! But this should be OT
I thought this was going to be about Oakland, who probably will be dancing come Tuesday night. They're fun to watch.
