Gents,

There's football being played today, let's talk about it, drink too much, cry, and swear football off forever, or at least until tomorrow night.

Dont fucking cry for me Argentina.

Our fucking kicker here in Cle has a kicked blocked last week which would've won the game and this week missed TWO extra points and two FGs in a 3 point loss.

ITS SO VERY VERY HARD TO DO THE ONE FUCKING JOB IM PAID TO DO.  GIVE ME 5 MILLION MORE DOLLARS AND MAYBE THEN ILL BE ABLE TO TO DO MY ONE JOB.

I actually liked Quinn before he hired Patricia. Think he’s drafted alright and had a few good FA signings. But the fact he thought Patricia would be a good hire shows he can’t evaluate this league objectively. Would have rather kept Caldwell and gone 9-7 again than hire our current coach. Everyone outside NE, the Lions front office and the national media knew it would be a failure. Unfortunately, Patricia will probably get two years minimum.

Big bro is at that lions-9ers game.  Has fancy pants seats and I'm pretty sure is rooting for the 9ers.

edit:  I rarely comment on unis, but can we get the Barry sanders era unis back?

edit#2:  lions doing lions things.  Fumble. why do I bother?

Lions have to fire Quinn and Patricia. They took a team that had three winning seasons in four years and turned it into one of the worst teams in the NFL.

They are in over their heads. They are just so bad.

Quinn, on paper, was a good hire. Patricia? There is no evidence that Patricia is a good hire. The only people advocating for him were the media - because he is a Belichick assistant and they all get pumped up as HC candidates - and anybody with ties to the Pats. Unfortunately, the Lions had one of those guys running their team. I've never been optimistic about him. Quinn proved he's not capable of running an NFL team because he can't look outside of the Pats.
