I have tried to change my format for the board sake, although I still would prefer initials (for me it was like forcing the true fans to decode, and the trash/fake accounts to get butt hurt) Anyways, onwards and do my best for no more initials.

I agree about the amphetamines...When he first started, he raged. He would get an unsportsmanlike penalty quite often. Remember the hand smack with Jim Schwartz (when he was with SF)?. That fire is dead. That fire is gone. He is not who he once was. If he can get the fire back, sure, be our coach. If he doesn't get out.

I don’t get the Banks hype. Seems like a good recruiter in Detroit. But there’s little proof he’s a top coordinator. Just seems like a guy.

I think the hope/optimism is that he'd be a co-DC in charge of safeties (replacing Shoop) alongside a more experienced DC.

There are more names being discussed, but a DC hire should be announced no later than next week. Lots of STRONG names being mentioned.

I'd be good with that, he can do the job. If Harbaugh stays he will absolutely want/need someone that can run the entire defensive show - scheme, training, recruiting, HR... Everything - just like Brown did, because Harbaugh deals exclusively with offense.
TBH, though, I'd rather Harbaugh find a different shade of green grass in the NFL.
