I hate that this is the first thing that popped into my head, but I immediately thought: wonder where he's going to be coaching next year.. But seriously, Wisconsin needs to keep their freaking coaches.

....as we have heard, compensation is an issue at wiscy with their coordinators and probably will not change as the prez over there does not want to be in the football arms race.  In the article it mentioned this about Justin's past:

Wisconsin presumably stepped up financially to nab Wilcox. At Washington, his annual salary in 2013 was $800,000 before he left for USC, which does not disclose coaches' salaries. Previous Wisconsin defensive coordinator Dave Aranda made $520,000 last year, while Badgers offensive coordinator Joe Rudolph made $570,000.

I seriously doubt that wiscy stepped up to the $800k level, but if they did good for him, because if they had they may have been able to keep Aranda.

Talk about a downgrade at DCC. With all the talent USC has on defense it was painful watching Wilcox waste it with horrible coaching. Wisconsin's little run is now officially over. Feel sorry for my Badger friends...not really.

He's got a Dave Brandon-esque feel of loving the spotlight in Madison. Coaching in their bowl games, limiting the football teams budget, etc. Almost seems like he wants everyone to remember that he is Wisconsin football and doesn't want to relinquish the title. I'd be pissed off if I was a Badger fan. How long till they run Alvarez out of town?

Have any impact with Boss Tagaloa? Parents don't want him far away, but if USC was an option this could change things.

Come on, guys. Just as nobody may ever again mention Jim Tomsula without making a fart joke, you can't bring up Justin Wilcox without the gif.

Come on.  Can't a guy longingly flick and rub his moist, plump tongue around his soft oral pleasure cavern while seemingly shutter head to toe from a mini orgasm while gently rolling his eyes in the throes of carnal pleasure?

I watch a lot of college football, 5-6 games every week during the season, I read forums and blogs, watch additional college football-themed programs. I'd consider myself a pretty massive fan of the sport.

But at the same time I really don't feel qualified to judge this guy's work. I mean I can look up statistical rankings and all that but that doesn't really tell me the full story or even most of it.

For a good judgment, I'd need to not just watch all the games he coached, I'd need to intimately know the back story. I mean with Michigan I feel relatively qualified to judge at least the HC and coordinators because I watch every game and pick up a lot of the 'buzz' around the team through all the other Michigan media I consume. But I can't say I'd have that level of awareness for any other team.
