They said he was the chosen one. He was. He came back to his alma mater and won the national championship! We love you Jim!

Successful CFB player, NFL player, NFL Coach and CFB coach. Who can achieve what hew has done. To be in SB and winning CFP championship is incredible. He is a legend. Best of all he is one of us and he loves UM and AA..  what a gift!!

I wish he’d retire at Michigan, but given the uncertainly with the NCAA and potential of unwarranted, lengthy suspensions, it makes sense for him to leave after winning the National Championship, beating OSU three times in a row, and winning three straight Big Ten Championships. He doesn’t have anything left to prove at Michigan and the college level. I’ll cheer for whatever NFL team he coaches next. Congrats to him, his coaching staff and team!

Thank you Coach Harbaugh - you beat the man! Therefore you are the man!!! I was a doubter for sure after the streak of bowl losses & 2020, but I knew you were our best chance to get back to the top. The sustained body blows and your complete overhaul in coaching got us here. GO BLUE

I really wish he would stay.

I know he's a competitive MFer, otherwise he wouldn't be where he is.

The family rivalry with his brother has to be intense, but at 60 (we were the same year at UM,) a man should know who he is.  He's a great college coach.

Let his brother be the great NFL coach, and he can be the legendary college coach.  He can work at UM another 20 years,  win some more championships, drive cRyan Day into an asylum, and retire a legend (he already can.)

What NFL locker room is going to sing "For he's jolly good fellow?"

What pro wants to be told  "You're a beautiful young man,"

He's a leader of young men, just crazy enough for the kids, but too crazy for the jaded mercenaries.

Be true to your school, coach!

Feel the love Jim! You don't want a silly Lombardi. You want multiple college Natty's. You don't want to compete against your brother. You want to beat Saban's records.

Who's got it better than you?

Jim Harbaugh’s entry and day one press conference is indicative of his tenure. He tripped, stumbled, but never fell down and a lesser athlete would have fallen down. A lesser man would have thrown in the towel after some of the stuff he’s endured – the Harbaugh Rule, burgergate, sign stealing crap. He saw the task through to the end and turned things around.

Great coach and developer of men of character. Go Blue!

Thank you Coach!  You came back when the program was struggling to be relevant and restored respect.  When times got tough you dug your heals in and made the changes needed to take the program to a 3 year level we could not have realistically imagined.  Now you have delivered a National Championship!  All the while you find the time and energy to advocate for ALL student athletes, drawing a target on your back for the NCAA and Big Ten to take unwarranted shots at you and the program.  You have grown and earned a voice that must be heard!  Thank you for creating so many moments of joy for this old guy to share with his son.  You were a great Michigan player and now you are truly a Michigan legend.  Best wishes to you and your family.  You can do anything you want but please know that you are an agent of change that college sports needs.  I hope you stay but will keep cheering for you no matter what you do.  Thank you!

Jim Harbaugh is a world class leader.  He does what is right.  He does it his way.  He does it with humility and with love.  And he teaches young men how to be leaders.  The young men who play under him are learning life-long lessons that go way beyond the playing field.

Jim Harbaugh is the opposite of Tony Petitti.

I believe that he is going to go to the NFL.  It is his final hill to climb.

I said before that if he wins us a National Championship he can go in peace with our blessing, as far as I am concerned.

That has come to pass and if he does leave, I am at peace.  Godspeed, legend.
