Michigan's Butt catches soo many balls. Michigan's Butt is pretty slippery too, and seems to have loosened up a lot over this season. Hope he keeps it together in time to make it to the bowl.

there's more.
Butt's shown some real wiggle pulling in balls, whether streaking wide open down the middle or driving a hard out and up on the backside of the defense, those nimble moves have carried Butt all the way to score again and again.
Whoa... maybe a little overboard there.

Either I'm missing something, or you meant JL (and probably the former)

I get King and VH3 on the first team but Lewis easily should have beaten out Jalen Ramsey on the 2nd team.

Too bad there isn't still a Bob Hope All American team show...his Jake Butt joke would've been a crack-up!

Anyone else remember waiting weeks for this show to air when you knew it would feature a Wolverine?
No dialogue with him, but Dave Brown can be seen on this clip:
A bit more nostalgia can be read here:

Jabrill is good on defense right now, particularly in run support. However...in no way should he have AA honors when Jourdan Lewis is left off of that list. Any AA list that goes that deep without listing Lewis must have been put together by clueless people.

Listen, Im all about discussion but saying Pepper's doesn't deserve it because Lewis was left out is ridiculous.
There were a ton of times this year while watching the games when Peppers was the best player on the field. Period. He was involved in everything. I can't say that about any other player.

I think that's becasue Pep comes down in run support so often which put him always near the ball. He had some great open field tackles too. When you don't get to hear of JD during games that means he's killing it out there.

Jabrill is awesome but how in the fucks is he in there over Jourdan Lewis?
December 9th, 2015 at 8:44 PM ^
Peppers is clearly approaching elite status, and is one hell of a playmaker, but Lewis was hands down one of the best players in the country at his position. He's right up there with Hargreaves, and could've been possibly a mid-late first rounder this April.

Imagine if Desmond King played for us as well? Downfield passing game would be impossible.

Three All-Americans is nothing to sneeze at, though. Not when you think about how many players there really are in FBS.

What year? What round (range)?
Sorry to thread hijack...sometimes when I can't sleep at night I think of random topics like this to focus on one thing when my head is spinning with "life." (I'm afraid to take things that help you sleep)...alright, TMI, honest question...who do you think on this current team gets drafted?
I'd be interested to know if we currently have more NFL than we've had in previous years.

They haven't studied peppers but they project him as a SS. Probably similar position as Denone Bucannon, S from the cardinals who basically lined up at LB.

Is this based on if they were coming out this year? Or after another year of development?
I've seen projections of Butt going in the 2nd this year. Second TE off the board. But, as well know, he's returning for "another one".
