And Denard is still RAD

And ND still sucks

I dont care if this is overkill or if this gets deleted, but those fools broke my heart throughout the 1980s

I mean this looked like so many ND/MICH from those days. Wolverines in control, but lose it in the end. Those teams had some great players. Some of my favorites. Guys who were my football heroes as I played middle and high school ball. But they didnt have Denard

This night is not ending soon, keep the good times rolling folks!

I mean, I'm tyring to keep things in check

But for the second straight week, I find myself saying the exact same thing

I have not seen anything like Denard Robinson in the three plus decades I've lived and died with this team. This is exactly what the Anthony Carter experience was like when he came around.

Sit back. Mix a drink. Smoke a bowl. Enjoy the ride.

.....when I'm dead.

I thought being at last year's game was unbelieveable/euphoric. But to suck the life out of those Domer's after they tried to nail our own coffin shut at the end of this game - I've just got to take it all in and savor this one a little bit longer.

The amount of "Go Blue!" I heard around campus during my somewhat sloppy walk home after a night of festivities tonight was outragous. Ann Arbor is definately drinking the Dilithium Kool-Aid.

So I guess only three times EVER in MICH history has anyone rushed for as many yards in back to back games as Denard has these last two.

I know one is Jon Vaughn to start the 1990 year. He had back to back 200 yards games vs ND and UCLA.

I have no idea who the other one is? Anyone know? Take some guesses? I hope somebody knows. Not sober enough for research.

would be Tim Biakabutuka, or Ron Johnson since they are the only two Wolverines with more yards rushing than Denard in a single game.  They probably had good back to back games including their record games.

It's only 1 AM right now in Seattle.  I am watching and rewatching highlights of the messiah as i sit on my balcony and sip my victory scotch (Macallan Cask Strength,,, jet fuel that tastes like honey, deeeeeelicious).

I had the exact same thought.  This looked like one of those typical UM/ND games from the 80's where we looked in control only to lose it in the final minute.  Those losses had to be among the most painful in school history because those were some excellent and very talented Michigan teams.

For the longest time, I thought the Remy Hamilton game from 94 would be the only time ND fans truly knew how we felt in the 80's.  But now it's happened in back to back years.  It's icing on a truly sweet cake.

Agree with the previous comments, just like those games in the 80's where M played good enough to win, but came up short, but usually by some divine intervention miracle fluke play by ND. But beating ND at home and watching the faithful silently file out of the stadium to the fading notes of the ND victory march, great stuff.

Today's FUCK YOU list:

Yesterday's officials, every ND fan, Lou Holtz, TONY RICE, NBC's ND announcers, Mike Stonebreaker, Raghib (sp?) Ismail, Ricky Watters, Golden Tate, Jerome Bettis, Spartan Bob (I know, MSU but fuck him anyway), the leprechaun, RUDY, and the idiot who paints those god-awful golden helmets.

I know I missed a few, but GO BLUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

he will definately pass Steve Smith in career rushing yards (1708), and will most like hit the single season rushing top 25 for ALL rushers, and prolly pass leach/smith in single season td's (10)--and who knows what else!

Go Blue!  and YAY drunk Jamie Mac!

I just want to say that if there's one thing I hate most about ND, it's that fucking little green booger of a mascot they have.
