Here is a little shot at Sparty that the local media hasn't picked up on . . .
From ESPN blog:
What we learned about Notre Dame in the Fighting Irish's 33-30 win over Michigan State ...
Notre Dame needs another playmaker at wideout: Star receiver Michael Floyd could possibly miss a month or two with a broken clavicle. When he got hurt last year, opponents double-teamed Golden Tate and slowed down the Irish offense. For some reason, the Spartans didn't go that route on Saturday, and Tate caught the game-winning touchdown. Future opponents will surely not make that same mistake.

Of course others won't make that mistake.
Better productivity/game plan from Sparty and 10/3 could have been a nice game between two ranked opponents.

I thought you were going to point out MSU's four-game losing streak to FBS opponents.

I accidentally negged your posts in this series when I meant to plus you fellas. I felt like a jerk immediately and quickly searched for another of your posts to give a "make-up" plus.
