If Michigan tanks completely I'm going to be praying on Chargers downfall so hard. Taking Herbert is completely unnecessary.

On a side note, I wonder how pissed Ravens ownership would be with John if Jim/Minter beat the Ravens after John hooked the pair up.

Herbert is a grown man. These players are getting paid (it’s a business now) and they will be better prepared for life and football by learning how to adapt to adapt to new leaders.

Harbaugh is not to blame and we all know him to support his players and coaches to pursue their dreams. So, if Herbert wanted to have that conversation with Harbaugh, of course Harbaugh will listen and support him. that’s who he is

This one sucks in particular because it likely will have a negligible benefit for the chargers but is a huge detriment to Michigan. Also disconcerting because Moore said at his press conference he thought Herbert was staying. Doesn’t feel great right now, player decisions are next

So he took some of our best coaches and recruiters and head of S&C. I mean, that's super annoying and I'm not a fan of Harbaugh doing that.

I feel like the whole keeping Moore for the culture thing takes a hit, when a bunch of coaches apart of that leave. Next year, they'll have so many new faces, it just seems like the program is just going to come back to earth and be an 8-4 type of team.
