Harbaugh to Williams: "Please, will you run faster A.J."

I thought this story was hilarious and indicative of what a unique personality Harbaugh brings to the job.  My assumption had been his motivational tactics were about just creating an atmosphere of constant competition, and then getting in the faces of players who weren't putting in sufficient effort.

That is, I'm sure, a large part of it, but Williams in this article says that with him Harbaugh said "Please, will you run faster A.J." (in my mind I hear Lord Grantham's voice from Downton Abbey saying this).

Anyway, I'm sure that one of the things great coaches learn is that you approach players differently, and AJ's success this year indicates that with him following the advice of all moms -- "say please and thank you" -- worked.

is the absolute worst college football comentator I have ever heard.  I would prefer to have Pam Ward do the analysis.  He talks about specific players that "suck" ... he should know since he has the track record of "sucking".

Sounds like fun let me try: Michigan, can you please curb stomp Minnesota with a hot nail boot this weekend and return the Little Brown Jug back to it's rightful place? Thank you!

Mostly from Magnus (who is an idiot) about how AJ was underused and could be an asset to this offense. Everyone was saying how he was fat and useless, even blocking. I begged for some crossing routes and button hooks, the only one who supported my claim was SC...fancy that....I was right and Magnus, of course, was WROOOOOOONNNNGGGGG!!!! Idiots...

Will the NWO Wolf Pack or NWO Black & White win at WCW Bash at the Beach this weekend on paperview? Do you think Stone Cold will stun the Rock tonight on WWF Thursday Night Smackdown?
