Go Blue Beat OSU

We are at less than 24 hours out from our game against OSU tomorrow. Let’s make sure to give the Buckeyes a nice warm Crisler Center welcome. The computers have us picked to win a close one, which sounds about right. I know a lot of people are writing us off this year, but I think this game could be a springboard to get the season back on track. We have a legitimate shot at going 7-2 to close out the season. That, plus a couple of wins in the B1G Tournament should put us squarely in the March Madness conversation. I grabbed some tickets in section 124 earlier this week (my first game back at Crisler this season), and I am pumped to watch the good guys get a big win. Go Blue, beat OSU!!

JMo, I've been meaning to thank you for all of the recommendations that you gave me last year for my visit to Nashville (better late than never, I guess). Your description of my conference location at Opryland (I think you said "southern-fried Disney") was spot-on, but the suggestions you gave were really great. Thanks again!

I had to control myself at McKays because I was flying with only a carry on suitcase, but I bought as many books as I figured I could pack. I wish I had made it to Ann Patchett's bookstore (Parnassus), but I never made it to that area.

Martin's BBQ (one of your recommendations) was fantastic. Then a walk around Vanderbilt afterward was great. It's a beautiful campus.

Go Blue!

Go (away) tTosu.*

* Respecting their (pretentious) self-aggrandizement, I am only expressing my wish that Michigan wins, sending home the THE Ohio state university team.

I like the 87-50 score mentioned above, but with this twist: In a surprise move, Donovan Edwards suits up and goes off for 85 on the buckeyes. The last two are on a dunk buy Bufkin in the last minute of the game.
