Happy Father's Day to all of us Dads
I once hit my 8 year-old daughter in the face with a blind touch shot in the annual coaches v. kids game. So - consistent with my user name - I'm not judging these dads. Everyone kills people, murders people, hits their kid in the face with a #4 ball, whatever.
(Unlike the kid in the second .gif, my daughter gave up the goal. That kid in the .gif has a future in net.)
When my daughter was about 8, she expressed some interest in baseball (with some encouragement from me), so I bought her a mitt and we started playing some catch. It took about 5 min before I threw a soft toss to her and hit her directly in the nose, Game Over. She was just shaken up, but she never used that mitt or played baseball again.
I didn't get my daughter in the face, but I got her square on the side of her arm....hard....and she was only 3.
Yeah, I felt pretty bad about that. She didn't cry nearly as much as I thought she was going to though, she's pretty tough.

I think Harbaugh has changed the tide of the rivalry, and I expected that from day one. I mean selling jerseys in the Southeast is a great start.
