Forcier in Boot and on Crutches?
The Daily thinks so:
http://michigandaily.com/content/forcier-seen-boot-crutches
LSA sophomore Tate Forcier, a quarterback on the Michigan football team, walked to class at about 10 a.m. this morning with crutches and wearing a black boot around his foot and ankle, a Michigan Daily reporter observed.
I hope it's not major.
Mod Edit:
For those who don't read the whole article:
Members of the media were allowed to watch practice yesterday from approximately 4:05 until 4:20. And Forcier was seen participating in drills and appeared fine, nothing out of the ordinary.-FA
+1!!
I love that he was introduced as "LSA Sophomore" first. You'd think the reason for his notoriety would come first.
Is there a normal student injury section now? That sounds like an old Every Three Weekly or Onion article. "Biology major Jon Finkelstein sprained an ankle playing IM basketball Tuesday."
Identifying a student by year and school is just Daily style, it's standard for the paper.
U-M fb source -- Forcier slightly sprained the ankle in practice late Tuesday; expected to practice Thursday. Boot is protective.

Did the intrepid Daily reporter consider asking him, or someone else, possibly someone related to the team, if Forcier was injured? I guess that would be considered a greater invasion of space than simply observing the student walking to class and reporting on their appearance in a newspaper.
Gives everyone something to talk about anyway. We'll know more Saturday.
The Daily runs an article that turns out to be false? No way....
The story appears to be accurate (though not a big deal).
Tate Forcier's wearing a boot!
Denard's improvements may make the point moot!
The Daily reports,
Mgoblog retorts,
Our posters are much more astute!

What about that guy in Nantucket?
