Michigan is the unanimous No. 1 obviously and will win the AP National Championship Trophy.

I’m a little surprised they didn’t have Georgia at #1

Sorry Nebraska - this breaks the tie of 1997. No BS coaches polling to bail anyone else out - we have vanquished the nation
#1 feels so good!
January 9th, 2024 at 2:21 AM ^
You mean Scott Frost can't cry at a press conference to get votes?
January 9th, 2024 at 2:27 AM ^
We'll finally get our deserved Coaches Poll Crystal football too!
January 9th, 2024 at 8:24 AM ^
They owe us one.
January 9th, 2024 at 11:24 AM ^
Half of that '97 Michigan team was still playing in the NFL a decade later. That 'roided up Nebraska team was nowhere to be found.
Nebraska never had a legit case after their illegal self-kick against Missouri.
January 9th, 2024 at 2:14 AM ^
IT'S MICHIGAN AGAIN...MICHIGAN!
January 9th, 2024 at 2:14 AM ^

Bet.
January 9th, 2024 at 2:15 AM ^
How far behind Georgia will we be in the Coaches' Poll?
January 9th, 2024 at 2:16 AM ^
Ask Scott frost and his mom
January 9th, 2024 at 2:19 AM ^
They had one more quality loss then we did, so it's only fair to rank them above us.
January 9th, 2024 at 2:23 AM ^
Behind Georgia and FSU
January 9th, 2024 at 7:47 AM ^
So the real questions is what is our rank in the Big Ten Anonymous coaches poll
January 9th, 2024 at 7:55 AM ^
How low can you go?
Can you go down low?
Cha Cha now y'all
January 9th, 2024 at 9:10 AM ^

January 9th, 2024 at 2:21 AM ^
Where is Michigan State!
January 9th, 2024 at 2:29 AM ^
burning couches because Michigan won.
January 9th, 2024 at 7:57 AM ^
They're sitting at home cheering for their big brother of course!
They must be so proud of us.
January 9th, 2024 at 2:21 AM ^
It’s great, to be, a Michigan Wolverine!!
January 9th, 2024 at 2:22 AM ^
A crown on our head, things are right in the world. Come for the king, you best not miss.
January 9th, 2024 at 2:25 AM ^
How does Alabama slot in behind Georgia? Do the game results mean nothing?
January 9th, 2024 at 2:42 AM ^
It’s absurd. People have really lost their minds with refusing to believe what they see on the field. They literally played a month ago
January 9th, 2024 at 3:14 AM ^
Yes. If Alabama and Georgia had played each other early in the season, maybe you could argue that later results and performance trump the early game. But they played in the SEC championship. Alabama was selected for the CFP on the basis of that win.
January 9th, 2024 at 7:59 AM ^
Because Georgia now would likely beat bama if they played again. Seems fine a month removed from the SEC championship game and with Alabama looking rough against us.
January 9th, 2024 at 9:07 AM ^
I think Georgia would beat Bama 7-8 out of 10 times but that's why you play the game baby. It worked out to Michigan's advantage as GA seemed like the toughest opponent of all. The stars aligned for us but the way the defense has played I think even mighty Georgia would have been contained (I'd just worry about our offense performance)
January 9th, 2024 at 10:06 AM ^
It's the penalty for "screwing" the SEC and beating Georgia, who is clearly better (on paper).
January 9th, 2024 at 10:16 AM ^
Certain narratives and rumors gain traction because they sound plausible and/or people don't want to accept circumstances as they are; with repetition, they come to be accepted as truth.
January 9th, 2024 at 11:26 AM ^
Extra loss.
January 9th, 2024 at 2:27 AM ^
Another delusional comment from 11W:
After tonight, we now know that the two best teams were Michigan and OSU
January 9th, 2024 at 2:29 AM ^
Lol. Win your bowl game, OSU.
January 9th, 2024 at 3:05 AM ^
OSU was the lowest ranked two loss team, behind Texas, Alabama, Oregon, Missouri, and Ole Miss.
January 9th, 2024 at 7:35 AM ^
Score more than 3 in your bowl if you want to claim this
January 9th, 2024 at 9:05 AM ^
Surprised it wasn't Missouri #1, Michigan #2, OSU #3
January 9th, 2024 at 2:32 AM ^
Congrats to the Buckeyes for cracking the top 10!
So happy for those guys.
January 9th, 2024 at 11:26 AM ^
Bless their little hearts.
January 9th, 2024 at 2:33 AM ^
Disagree with several of these rankings, although obviously not Michigan...
Georgia is the 2nd best team in college football. Bama caught GA on a bad day. GA plays Bama 10 games in a row, GA wins 8 of those 10...
Michigan played a lousy game vs Bama. WAY TOO MANY special teams mistakes. Michigan plays a clean game vs Bama, Michigan wins by 10.
Georgia, Bama and OSU with McCord defeat Washington on a neutral field. Washington is ranked too high in the final AP.

January 9th, 2024 at 3:14 AM ^
Doesn''t matter if Georgia had a bad day. Winners overcome bad days. On field results speak louder than reputation or perception. Washington beat Texas, Texas beat Bama, Bama beat Georgia. Of these team, the only one that has a legitimate complaint about the rankings is Bama being rated lower than Georgia.
January 9th, 2024 at 3:38 AM ^
I’m confused how Georgia jumps Bama but not Texas. But who cares, we’re No. 1 and nothing else matters!
January 9th, 2024 at 2:37 AM ^
We… fucking won it all!! Any poll that has us not the National Champion is bogus, man!
January 9th, 2024 at 3:17 AM ^
No better expert than Trevor Lawrence himself!
January 9th, 2024 at 8:00 AM ^
I never noticed he was sitting behind spicoli!
January 9th, 2024 at 2:38 AM ^
Where did MSU land?
January 9th, 2024 at 3:16 AM ^
Rock bottom.
January 9th, 2024 at 2:40 AM ^
They still do polls? Why?
January 9th, 2024 at 2:42 AM ^
We stole their signs.
So they would lose
January 9th, 2024 at 2:43 AM ^
