Exit Daylen Baldwin to the NFL Draft

Uphill battle for him, but if he can prove himself useful on special teams, he might be able to find a roster spot! Good luck, go blue.

I was really hoping he'd take the final year. Felt like the JJ to Baldwin connection could have been something, but best of luck to this young man!

Good for him. Best of luck Daylen!

Good luck to him. Luckily the receiver room is loaded next year.

NFL build and our WR depth is incredible right now. He'll have a better shot at the league if he shows well at workouts compared to if he stuck around and tallied a handful of catches next season. I think this is a good call for him and wish him luck.

He'll probably need to find a role as a WR3 or WR4 and special teamer. Hope he finds a home

Seth at 12:48. "Departures so far/expected: None, but I wouldn’t be surprised if we lose a Baldwin given the depth."

“…they lost ALL the Baldwins?!?”

Good luck! We'll always have that JJ pass.

Baldwin was the recipient of two amazing dimes from JJ: the aforementioned WMU one and one late against Wisconsin.

Baldwin had a few great plays but didn't have the impact I was hoping he would.
Good luck to him.

Makes sense. Showed enough WR skill that if he measures well, he's got a shot, and he was unlikely to be featured in next year's offense any more than he was this year.
Appreciate his contributions this year; good luck and godspeed.

Baldwins gonna get Benjamins
Good luck to him in the NFL, was great having him be part of a special team.

Wish him the best of luck.

He was important to have around after Bell's injury and until our inexperienced wideouts got their legs under them. With Andrel Anthony and Roman Wilson becoming dudes and Ronnie Bell/Erick All coming back, Baldwin would've needed someone to get hurt again before he saw more than a handful of snaps per game.

Exactly this and Henning/Sainristil have packages for them plus Mike is one of the best blockers on the team pound for pound. Plus Christian Dixon won’t be on the bench long.

He must have heard that Andrell is working out with Jerry Rice and shaved is 40 time down to 4.3.
Seriously though, good Luck Daylen & thank you. Go get paid!

I think he needed one more year in college.
