ESPN's Chad Ford Ranks Burke #46, McGary #54 & Hardaway #63 in his top 100 for 2013.

Note: I'm not sure if the projections are accurate or updated (the rankings are, but the "projections" seem somewhat confusing)...also note that not every player would be entering the draft so naturally guys like Burke and THJ would move up due to some guys staying in school.

Surprised GRIII doesn't make an appearance after his dramatic rise in the rankings (ranked nearly 20 spots higher than McGary on most of the recruting sites).

I get it.  The projections where GRIII was higher than White Thunder were just what you said they were; recruiting prospect rankings.  GRIII may project has a better college basketball player, but at the time of this list, that still doesn't necessarily mean he has the skills (and body) that pro scouts would be interested in, at least when compared to McGary and obviously the other 2 Wolverines mentioned.  Comparing recruit rankings with this one is pretty much apples and oranges.

Does anyone else think this is a weirdly structured list? Are they ranked in order of how good they will be in college? The projections seem very different from the rankings in many cases.

I don't have insider, so it might be explained better on another page. I just don't really get it. Also, isn't Chad Ford not very good at this like right before the draft? Why is he doing it a full year in advance?

Well no one asked for your opinion.  j/k but he had a pretty lousy season last year, so that killed his rankings.  There are a lot of variables that factor into his poor numbers, but we won't get into that.  He did say in a recent interview that he would like to stay 4 years and get his degree, so hopefully that is true.

Not to play homer, but if the reports about Burke improving his shot are accurate, he's a late lottery pick. I know he's small, and I don't know all the PGs in the non BCS conferences, but I'd be surprised if he wasn't the 1 or 2 PG prospect next year ...assuming of course Craft doesn't turn pro. /s
