From a New Jersey sports writer....
One of New Jersey's top defensive ends for the class of 2016 has come off the board. He'll have the news for #NJFootball fans later today.

Camden (N.J.) defensive end Ron Johnson is on campus today. 4 Star Weakside defensive end.
Would be a huge get.

Khalid who?
Khalid Kareem
Whooooosh
ZOOOOOOOMMM
fastened and ready.
Ron Johnson?
With the month we've been having, I think it's safe to assume no one has un-buckled.

BREAK THE ROJO CURSE MR. JOHNSON (from NJ)!
What would this cause to happen? What makes it so huge or bigger than any other commit?
He's a four star player at a position of need and has about as good an offer list as you can get. I realize he's being recruited at a different DE position than Kareem, but still kind of takes the sting out of losing him to Bama.
Plus, it gives us a commit in Jersey that can stay in the ear of Hawkins, Mitchell, Gary, etc.
This TomVH guy is, but he may be mentioning us to harness ourselves:
Hang tight.

Matt Doherty, recruiting coordinator at UM retweeted this.
Pretty safe to say we're gonna have "aMAIZEing" news :-)
...and Toderick Hunt deleted his tweet.
Considering it's a local paper, it could be pretty much any DE from NJ that has a rating (2 star or higher). There are 6 DEs on 247 that fit that.
- Ron Johnson (at Michigan)
- Quayshon Alexander (Committed to Nebraska about a week ago)
- Jamal Holloway (dunno any visit plans, most think he ends up at Rutgers it seems)
- Brandon Simon (most think Syracuse, but was on or is on an unofficial to Rutgers since the 23rd)
- Sal Mauro (no idea, no Rutgers offer)
- Eli Lapp (no offers that I can see).
So that would leave me to believe it's Ron Johnson or Brandon Simon.
Excellent research. Well thought out and deductive.
Driving up north, trying to figure out a way to buckle up the dogs
What makes his commitment so huge?
4-star, composite #217 national player at SDE, a huge position of need. He would also be the first of the Jersey and Philly quartet to drop, which could start an avalanche of high four stars...

Jinx
Jinx again. Our mental synchronization can have but one explanation.
In my opinion, two reasons. One, a position of need and two, amount of in roads with fellow NJ classmates/recruits.
He's a candidate for the illusive Buck position
Elusive.
Ahllusive.

Great news. Welcome to the Leaders and Best, Mr. Johnson!
I think they play different positions, but it's nice to add him after not getting KK.
Yes! Roll on the rest of the NJ/Philly 4-star crew!

Boom! The Eagle has landed!
Have a Johnson and peters in the same class. I checked rivals database, and unfortunately no 'wang' shows up as a recruit. Too bad
Boom! We can have nice things
to don a helmet in addition to buckling up
I have so many emotions
Hope we can get the whole crew
