That's the problem. Harbaugh thought him too much. Durkin is going to steal/copy Harbaugh's recruiting/staffing guys and tactics. Worst part is he's going to a team in the same division.

Maryland will not beat us out for recruits but it could push them elsewhere. Kareem Walker I don't think it would matter much since he didn't go to Paramus but it may affect Gary.
