New Belleville pipeline to Memphis?!

I noticed that the HC for Memphis coached for Toledo and the Lions in 2014 and 2015, so maybe there's some connection there?

Someone on rcmb ( I know) put bellview (sp) pipeline is the new flint waterline! Show that to the bellview coach he's petty ...that will be enough for him to stop sending recruits there!

Crowell says the reason was that COVID + coaching transition kept the new staff from getting to know his Belleville kids. This smells like baby poop, as the new staff had the same chance to get to know them as everyone else on the team and didn’t like what they saw. There’s a reason Belleville kids (in general) underperform, and the common thread is Crowell. Occam’s Razor for the win.

1 - Crowell sounds like a bitch.

2 - If Michigan wants Belleville players, they need to start sucking up more.

3 - Belleville kids do appear overrated.

4 - Is it even really worth it to recruit Michigan kids? I know the University of Michigan should represent Michigan, but the state isn’t really that talented in football, and couldn’t the recruiting time be better spent in football factory states? I know it’s easier said than done, but still.

I tend to agree here. There are some in-state prospects coming out of high school that are must gets in my opinion. Like DPJ. I think we squandered his talent, but he still did some great things at UM. However, the southern football factories just produce all around better talent. A Texas 3 star would be a mid 4 star in Michigan. (Okay not every Texas 3 star...but you get the idea.)

We should be trying to lockdown the state so we can pick and choose who we want. We can't be letting guys like Spindler, Dellinger, Payne, Lance Dixon, etc., etc. leave the state, but besides that I agree. Locking down every single top 10 player in the state is not necessary when we can go out and get better players out of state
