Possibly, but I also think Michigan has some selling points with some candidates. 
 

First and foremost, the opportunity to coach THIS defensive line is a great opportunity. It’s an upgrade for virtually every DL coach in the country. 
 

Now, for Ryan Osborn specifically, Michigan could easily double (or more) his salary. He’s making $260k as Charlotte’s DC right now. He has familiarity with the scheme and some of the players already so it would be a generally smooth transition for him.
