I wish they had a new video from yesterday when they were in pads. This looks like it was from a few days ago or maybe one of the practices yesterday wasn't in pads?

At about the 0:36 mark, Al does mention the "third practice." It makes sense that as they get closer and closer to actually installing the new offense and defense, they'll start shutting down the info available to us.

The first interview he gave, the one where he is sitting in his office, did not impress me at all. Now that he is working with the team and getting into playing football at Michigan, I am very excited about him. His speaking style annoyed me at first but I like it more and more the more interviews I hear.

As a very smart guy. And a guy who knows his stuff. Is he a genius? Who knows. But I don't think worries about him being incompetent have any basis either.
