for three of those. #9, #5, & #3.... The absolute best was the last second score vs. Penn State. I took a buddy of mine to that game that had never seen a live college football game. As we were leaving the staduim, I was like, "You might as well never go to another game, because it won't ever be that good again." And I still believe that. There are many great memories still to come, but Lloyd arguing for an extra 2 seconds - and we use those 2 seconds to score was epic. EPIC. Can't wait to drive five hours up to Ann Arbor today. I've even got a few shirts from this blog to wear (including the directions to Columbus - Hilarious...) Go Blue!!!

I would move the Biakabatuka up higher on the list.  Ohio State came in ranked #2 and undefeated.  We prevented them from playing for a National Championship.

Love the video.  But Mercury Hayes' catch against Virginia should have been in there.

I'm about to spit on my own image here asking a history related question.  But here goes.  Who is that announcer doing the Biakabatuka game against OSU?  I don't recognize his voice at all.  I know Frank Beckman missed some games in 95 but I can't remember why.

That's Larry Henry, isn't it?  I also can't remember why Beckmann missed some games, but I have a few Michigan Replay tapes from the early 90's where he's inexplicably not there on one game's highlights, but he's there the next week with Brandy.

I seem to remember, now that I think about it, that he might have been doing other broadcasting at the time that kept conflicting with Michigan Football?

Yeah, just did some searching around, it's Larry Henry.  He used to do Michigan Basketball.

I really have no idea why Beckmann didn't call a lot of those games.  And the thing is, even though I was in the Stadium listening to those games on a headset, I don't remember anybody BUT Frank broadcasting them.

Was my freshman year, and on sheer chance I switched my tix to sit with some friends in section 13, row 1. I can honestly say that I never saw Manningham actually reel the pass in, despite being about 100 feet away, because once everyone knew he was gonna catch it, we freaked out, and all I remember is hugging 2 of the 3 drunk fratty-patty's next to me, and somehow losing my hat (it must have blown off from the huge gust of wind taken out of everyone on the Penn State sideline).

Anyway, my personal greatest moment at the Big House, since it was my 1st big moment....AAAAAAAAARRRRRGGGGGGH!!!!! Is it tomorrow yet!?!?!? <smashes desk, punches wall, runs through hole into street, leaving mayhem and destruction in wake>

I was sitting with my friends at the very top of sec 26. We were all feeling very deflated and we couldn't really see what was going on because the press box was in the way. I was the only one of us that was crouching down and peering under the press box. As soon as I saw Henne throw the ball and traced where it was going to go, I just started yelling and screaming before Mario caught it. After that I ran up and down the aisles and hugged everyone I could get my arms around (I even tackled one guy so if you were sitting at the top of the student section for that game and remember getting flattened by another fan, that was me). That was one of the best feelings I've had in my life.

This was the best video of them all yet. It did its job to get me ready for tomorow's game.  I especially like in some of the older clips how the fans celebrated by throwing rolls of toilet paper on the field.

I can't do anything productive at all today so I'm going to kill the fifth of cheap whiskey I have in my desk and set my alarm for 8 AM tomorrow morning.

The Wrangle to Carter vs. Indiana with the picture in picture of Bo celebrating makes that clip all the better.  To his celebration is awesome along with the players is a view we dont get often.
