I think it's 50/50 whether it's us or Bama at one. Ultimately it doesn't really matter because they're 100% doing Bama-Cinci, Michigan-UGA

I respectfully disagree. We trounced a good defense, Georgia looked mediocre in offense, I like us in whatever draw we get, with Alabama finding their rhythm being my least favorite.

No they should make Georgia and Bama play the semi final against one another. You don’t avoid playing a rematch that you could end up with anyway. After a beat down of Ohio St and dismantling of Iowa, Michigan should be number one.

I'm still not a fan of Cincinnati making the playoffs. I totally get our culture of letting in undefeated teams, that Cincinnati beat Notre Dame, and I remember the slights that teams felt (especially UCF) when not getting in prior.
But...I'd think Notre Dame would have a good shot to beat them in a rematch. Not only that, but several of the following would be favored on a neutral field I would think also: MSU, OSU, Oklahoma State, Baylor, Oklahoma, Oregon, Ole Miss, Wake Forest, Utah, maybe even Iowa and Wisconsin.
I realize I'm beating a dead horse. Bearcats are in. But in the fairest of fair worlds, with the deepest true analysis possible, I think it would be questionable at best.

Brackets SHOULD NOT be determined by who the committee wants to avoid matching up rematch or NOT...We should be and DESERVE to be #1 and Cincy should be 4...if 2 and 3 happen to be Bama and UGA OH FUKN WELL..Once again the SEC is getting special treatment

Georgia shouldn’t be in now. I’ve asked where is that sec schedule for either Bama or Georgia? Esp Georgia! When the best wins are over 8-4 teams for Georgia…. Bama had ole miss and Georgia now so that is some solid wins…. But the point remains…..Georgia’s wins are Clemson out of the gate, 9-3, Arkansas and Kentucky..
Their wins are no better than Nd’s wins.. And really fortunate that Oklahoma St lost.
