Pollack is smug and annoying enough the way it is. Pollack when Game Day is at Georgia is an unbearable dick.
I don't know what he adds to the show, other than to be an "SEC" voice to offset the "Big Ten" voices of Desmond and Herbstreit. But even if that is the case, there are a thousand ex-SEC players that could do it better.

They must think we miss Craig James or something

If you don’t like the sec, why watch an espn/sec show?

The Fox show is in Madison, FYI

I'll turn to that.

Chuck Wood hamming it up for the crowd Heisman style.
Interview with Harbaugh coming up.

Chuck is aging well. Certain other Michigan defensive backs of his era should get diet and fitness tips from him.

I have no idea what the fuck a Bearcat is - but I am all Bearcat today.
To Hell w Notre Dame! Stomp em Cincy!!!

Small counterpoint: A Cinci win would make a high-profile OSU alum look good.

Damn!! Joe Thomas is the guest ex-player on Fox's B1G show - and he's fucking GOOD!!!! He speaks smoothly, is comfortable on camera, still looks to be in game shape, and is quick with detailed answers. I'd take him as an analyst over pretty much everyone else on TV right now! He was joking around with the GOAT CB while fans were throwing big, inflatable footballs at everyone on set. What a fun time that must be in Madison!

He was demonstrating what a LT would do to stay in front of Aidan as the announcer guy made a swim move inside - he blocked that, then moved outside to pick up Woodson, who had ad-libbed a rush around the end from a DT. Woodson moved quick, but Thomas blocked it with ease, then held up both fingers and shook his head - "no no no", like Dikembe!

Thomas is probably in the best shape of his life. I saw a video on him a year or two ago, and he went right from jumbo left tackle to Adonis over the course of an offseason.
Sucks that the browns are good now after he retired. He was literally the only good thing the browns had going for over a decade.

If the preview was any indication, win or lose, we might see more excitement watching two rocks stare each other down.

Nothing wrong with a good defensive battle - well, when the offenses are good, anyway. They're more intense than fireworks, although somewhat less exciting. In this case, I'm not sure that a pure defensive battle will be featuring good offenses. Not so fun when the offenses are crap...

I'll never watch Fox's pregame show. GameDay is the standard, but Fox has an absolute piece of shit (who shall remain nameless) as part of that show. I'll wait until 5 minutes after noon before I start watching the game, and will change at halftime. It's worth missing a couple of plays to not see that jackass.

I prefer the Fox show anymore, more football talk, less commercials and gimmicks anymore.

Lee Corso: What's that trophy there?
Harris English: It's the Ryder Cup right here, Lee.
Corso: Maan, that ain't bad...
Good grief, Lee. :D
