On Penn St and the White Out:

? I'm not sure how they've been tested yet...

? This will be a good test because the Wolverine defense is obviously very strong...

? Hamler... he took one about 80 yards against us a year ago...

? ...the best thing about the White Out is I don't have to be there this week...

? Facing this defense (Michigan's), this is going to tell you a lot about their (Penn Sts) offense...

? Yeah, their offense (Michigan's), it's about time... it's time for production...

? ...which I, by the way, think is the toughest environment (the White Out Game) in the country...

? There's no gettin' used to that one (the White Out Game)...

? ...That's awful. That's a tough place to go play a game...

? There's two things in that kind of game... a blocked punt, and a sack, are the loudest I've ever heard a stadium...

On Michigan:

? (on the negative talk about Jim Harbaugh) You lose to Penn St, and you lose to Ohio St again, and you can't ignore it then...

? Right now they've only lost one game... they control their own destiny... you go win at Penn St  that solves everything...

Later on in the video, starting at 6:23, he talks about what life has become like for college football coaches with the recruiting cycle being 365 days a year now.

Kind of doesn’t matter this year .... I’m watching OSU right now and unless they start suffering injuries at a rapid rate, I don’t see a way to beat them.

I fucking straight up hated Urban as a coach.. I mean, he isn't wrong though. I'm not ready to say Harbaugh "better win, or else". But it seems the program is at a bit of a fulcrum of perception right now between the excellent-not-elite programs (LSU, Texas, PSU, Auburn, Michigan, Wisconsin, Oregon, etc.)  to the good/respectable programs (i.e. Iowa, Washington, MSU, Ok State, Washington St. etc.).

That all together doesn't matter at all outside of the aspect of recruiting where it is huge - therefore, it really is kind of an important perception. This season can really move that perception in either direction based on the outcome, but the program is out of passes.

So when Urban says, it in the big match-ups at this pint or you have to validate the criticism I think he is right. I have to say (begrudgingly) his analysis of football is usually spot-on and interesting.
