Actually i agree with both of you. The amount of focus on the banner is excessive, but users have a right to complain. Bottom line is it doesn't matter. The board has a far worse problem in that it is infested with trolls. For me, it is near the tipping point were the value destroyed by the trolls becomes greater than the value created by everything else.

The banner has no impact on the team’s performance.
I know everyone knows this. The superstition would be amusing if the facts aligned with it.

Just say you don’t like the banner. Stop pretending it had a negative effect on the season.

b.) i was kidding you right back re: the banner had anything to do with anything. the only serious part of my post was that he's a bald weasel and we should be honoring michigan stuff, not trolling the fan base.

I was as serious as a heart attack. My first post proved the banner did not cause losses. I did not say it caused wins. Thus your response made no sense to me.

He might be trolling, but he also thinks it’s/he’s being funny and that no one gets it. Every time he references it on the podcast, you can hear him barely being able to contain his laughter. Unfortunately, if he's the only one laughing at his joke, it’s probably a bad one. That said, couldn’t care less personally.
