Nope... overseas somewhere. On the top (or right if rotated), you'll see a roll up storefront which is common most everywhere in the world except the US and Canada.

99% sure this is the mgoblog-knockoff version that used to get sold by t-shirt vendors on gamedays. There was always one cart that would sit outside west quad / the union and would always have multiple rip offs of mgoblog designs. This looks like one of them

Yeah, I remember the street vendors selling these. The added "(ohio)" really dumbs the shirt down.
