All-Purpose Positive Thread about M football

Cannot take the negativity.

Great interception at the end of the half by Kovacs. He's really been developed well by the coaches into a solid defender.

Nice hitting from Demens - good to have some nice young talent at the LB position.

Nice hard running by Robinson, still fighting and appearing to want to come back even though he has multiple dislocated fingers.

I like the fact that Michigan has opportunities to win this game, but the mistakes are just mindblowing. The WRs catch a few more throws and we have a shot to win this game. It's the little things that are killing this team, and that kind of stuff is fixable (right?). I wouldn't mind seeing a new DC, but I honestly know very little and am not in a position to judge that. It just seems like the defense is in terrible position/plays far too often to not blame Robinson. On the positive side of it, though, the defense makes some good plays and doesn't give up.

The positive is that they have not stopped us yet. When we get to the point where we are not stopping ourselves we will blow teams out. If we can get a average defense and get a little older on offense we will be great.

down by 24, ball in osu territory no chance in hell of scoring or winning, at least we can make them drive over 95 yards for their next touchdown and the score won't be quite as embarrassing if we can just run out the clock from here on out.  fuck this.

Doesn't help us in any way. So I'm staying positive. I'm by no means in a good mood right now, but I'm still glad that Michigan football has provided an exciting product on the field this year. They have given me something to look forward to each Saturday. Go Blue!

The entire offensive system might be different next year.  Before this game, I thought for sure RR would be back, but this is godawful.

It's like the team didn't even realize there was a game today.  If he can't get the players to understand that these rivalry games are important, then he shouldn't be here.  The team has been sloppy and undisciplined when they should be the most focused.  At some point the excuses have to stop and he has to be accountable.

Lewan and Stonum are all heart. Tough as they come playing in obvious pain. Proud of them and really all the guys. There is no lack of effort. To the coaching staff's credit, this is a team that shows up and wants to do well.

I will say this.  I will be positive if RR gets his fourth year, but I will also be happy if Harbaugh came.  I thing RR will be back though and our Defense will improve next year.

The only positives are next year when a new d coordinator supposedly comes and Michigan can put in some athletes that fit his system

Improvement gradually happens every year of the RR regime but impatient internet personalities are fed up and want RR fired even though the team is going bowling this year for the first time in 3 years.

The time for rampant negativity and anger is not this year, but next year, if results continue as is. Next year, if this crap goes on, it will be crystal clear the experiment was a failure, and everyone should be canned.
