Vicious.  Still making plays in spite of constant double teams.

Obligatory "he's going to be special." but we on the Mgo board already knew that.

The Jaguars messed up.

They are sooooo buthurt that Corum is getting Heisman love while Walker didn’t. Walker is already the greatest RB in league history and Corum shouldn’t even be drafted. They are crying that Peppers and Hutchinson were invited to NYC and Corum is likely to follow. “It’s not fair Michigan gets so much publicity.”

You’d think they’d be used to hind teat by now.

In fairness, Walker probably should have gotten more Heisman buzz than he did.  When you consider how that team has dropped off a cliff since his departure, it's pretty clear he made them what they were.  Without him they might not have made a bowl game and certainly wouldn't have beaten Michigan.

While I agree with you, his production was very up and down with the competition. Outside of Michigan his YPC dropped significantly with increased skill level on defense. Dropping the OSU game with 25 yards on 4 carries is what kept him from getting to NYC. Tucker left him in the game against weak competition to rack up yards early in the season and that bolstered his resume.

This should be a recruiting point: you go to MSU and be the best at your position, you watch the Heisman at home and get picked mid-second round. You go to Michigan and be the best at your position, you get invited to NYC, finish second in the Heisman voting, get picked second overall.  You pick.

I mean, Walker really should have gotten more Heisman love. Just look at the difference between 21 and 22 Sparty teams. And Tuck’s bank account.

Not sure there was another player in the Power 5 more impactful to his team than KW3.

That said, Spartan tears taste like sugar.

Somebody posted that on here a few weeks back and it seemed so insane to me. I get these are bitter and twisted human beings, but rooting against Hutchinson as a Lions fan, just because he went to Michigan, is weird even for them. I'm a Bears fan and I don't wish ill on Justin Fields just because he went to Ohio State. The idea that I would is deranged.

The ironic thing to me about the RCMB (and a lot of MSU fans in general) is that they basically admit they are inferior in so many ways.
“Wal Mart fan base!!!!” Right, your only fans are grads. Not a bragging point.
“Media loves scUM!” Right, because UM is globally relevant and people are interested whereas MSU is a regional school most don’t pay attention to.

Thanks for constantly pointing these things out.

Lets talk public universities,  shall we?

UM peers: UCLA, Virginia, Georgia Tech. National reputations for excellence.

MSU peers: Iowa State, Kansas State, NC State and other second and third tier "States" that are number two in their own state and are seldom given a second thought outside their own borders.

Lest we forget, this is why Nick Saban bolted East Lansing.

CJ Stroud just PTSD shit his pants watching this.

He's not eligible, but can we at least get Aidan to come to The Game dressed in a Michigan uni and stand on our sideline?

There mere sight of him may be enough to make Stroud jumpy.

That's a man...they just don't come around like that every day. UM was damn lucky to have that kind of talent and character last year. He was a singular force of nature that seemed to will the team to heights it had not reached in decades.

I've watched quite a bit of football in my life and I don't think I've ever seen a defensive lineman fly through the air to make a tackle like that. Yes, we've seen defensive backs and linebackers do that sort of thing, but defensive linemen?

That Chicago RB had no idea what was going to happen to him.

Love Aiden but lets not act like he's God's gift to the Lions just yet. On the very next play he lost contain and Fields danced around him and into the endzone. Also on Fields 67 yard run Aiden did the same thing, charged too hard inside and fields circled around him and all the way to the endzone. Hoping he becomes a human highlight reel but lets not get too crazy with the hype just yet.
