Are we going to full length blue socks this year? I don't know how I feel about that. Not that I won't think they'll look cool, just different. How many or what teams wear high socks like that?
You actively place thought into your feelings about the color of the SOCKS the team is wearing? Is the thought line like, "jersey are fine...pants are fine...wow I like the uniforms overall, but man, I just don't know about the socks"?

No, we'll continue to wear the high blue socks only for late-season home games. The high blue socks with the white unis were just a little hope that I put in there. The white socks blow.
But for a couple days in 2006...white jerseys...blue socks...

I'd prefer high blue over high white - but the thing that I hate the most is the exposed calves that come with the short socks.
exposed calves are part of college football. I don't mind them at all. And, if you've played football in early September, or any time of the year in Florida, they serve a purpose.
Home jerseys are solid. Away jerseys are solid but two sets of piping is too much. Too WVU-esque. Like the blue collar with the maize M with the white jersey though. I hate the blue socks----they look bush league. White socks, or short white socks, or no socks. Charles Woodson didn't need socks....
It was good enough for Fielding Yost so it will be good enough for you dammit.
