Let The Good Times Roll Thread
Michigan has made it to their final game of the season and their At Large Bid chances are blossoming. A team picked LAST by most pundits can finish as high as 4rth with a week to go. They have the best young backcourt in the league. And they're adding more talent next year to it.
It's going to be a long and fun weeklong buildup to the final game against Sparty. It will also be a fun week of scoreboard watching as we cheer against fellow bubble teams. Most will have to play this week, while Michigan rests and prepares for their finale.
In John Belein I Trust . It's March, It's his time. Go Blue. Beat Sparty. And Jinx To All You Other Bubble Teams.
But, most importantly, it's Saturday night, our hoops team kicks ass, so LET THE GOOD TIMES ROLL. I expect this thread to be rolling strong when I get back home tonight. Unless Mr. Cook Muppets us, then I expect the party to be there........GO BLUE!!!

wouldn't THJ have to be a lock for B10 Freshman of the year? Beilein may have finally recruited the reliable, game in/game out shooting guard he needs. Paired with Morris, that's a pretty damn potent combination in the backcourt.

like they were taking control of the game late, forcing us to call a time out. Then it happened; our guys stepped it up a notch that the Golden Gophers did not have and turned a nail biter into certain victory with time left on the clock. Obviously Minnesota isn't as good as Wisconsin, but clearly this team has matured; What a turn around! This team started Big Ten play 1-7! Kudos to the coaches and players for taking adversity and turning it into advantage; bring on the Sparties...

Despite graduating high school back when Fisher was coaching, I'm still going down to Mardia Gras to act a fool, any suggestions of NO bars where I can catch the Mich game?

What happened to that site that was a bracketology aggregator?

will be full of people who love Izzo and his body of work, and he'll get the benefit of the doubt on that basis. The only way MSU doesn't get in is if they lose every game from here on out, and I don't see that happening.

Though an Iowa loss would be awesome.

You know why this team is so much fun to root for? Besides a lot of other things, I mean. They're so damn goofy-looking. Morris has the sleepy-eyes going on. Novak's head is enormous and he looks 37, except for when he's guarding Colton friggin' Iverson. Vogrich looks 12 at most and probably doesn't own a razor. Smotrycz always looks like a sixteen-year-old kid whose mom just took away his Beastie Boys albums. Horford looks like Barack Obama, Jr, jug-ears and all.

So you have a secret man-crush on the whole team. Nice.

Has a not so secret man crush on the whole team.

What, you don't?

Yes. Yes I do. Glad I can finally get that off my chest.

Great rebound win. Few more wins and we're in!!!

Remember how frustrating it was at the foul line last game? 8-9 today.
Other notes:
-Hardaway and Morris were a combined 15-26 shooting (eFG% of 67%)
-Morgan had 3 blocks, which has to be a career high
-Douglass had a nice stat line: 12 points on only eight shots, 2 steals, and a block (!)

Hell yes. Let the good times roll.
