I'm in Ann Arbor (Comcast), and ESPN2 is showing USC-Washington, and I can't find the Oregon-Stanford game for the life of me. WTF?
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:02 PM ^
oregon stanford is on ESPN 2 SD only in Ann Arbor.
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:05 PM ^
Thanks for pointing that out. Is there always a different game on SD then HD? If so, I have never noticed that before.
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:15 PM ^
Thanks a lot, +1 to you!
October 2nd, 2010 at 10:54 PM ^
I'm going to pos bang you 6 ways to Sunday! Thanks!
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:03 PM ^
My ESPN2 HD feed is USC/Washington, the standard def is the Oregon/Stanford game
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:01 PM ^
WOOO ON SIDE KICK!
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:01 PM ^
I've got Stanford-Oregon on my laptop, and flipping back and forth between UA-UF and PSU-Iowa. A few notes:
- Watching ESPN3 on my laptop isn't bad. It's HD, at least.
- I don't give a sh*t about ND-BC
- PSU should just be "P.U." Lions just tried an end-around, lost two yards, and looked more like the Detroit Lions in that play.
- Stanford is just woah.
- Leinenkugel Oktoberfest is pretty damn good.
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:01 PM ^
Oregon onside kick recovery.
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:01 PM ^
wow - gutsy gutsy call by chip kelly with the onside kick.
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:02 PM ^
Great call on the surprise onside kick. I wouldn't mind seeing us try that at some point.
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:03 PM ^
I'd like us to practice FGs before onside kicks. Just sayin'.
But in the long run, after we figure those out, on side kicks would be rad.
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:21 PM ^
Well if we're just going to give up long TD drives on defense anyways, we might as well try an onside kick all the time -- the best defense is a good special teams
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:02 PM ^
With Stanford whupping up on Oregon, (21-3) Oregon scored, then onside kicked
and recovered. Looks like we might have a shootout there too. Hurray for ESPN STANDARD DEF (sarcasm hardcore)
Who cares about USC/Whoever?
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:02 PM ^
Well, they can delete the GOOD TIMES ROLL THREAD
But, they can not delete the GOOD TIMES
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:03 PM ^
Well worked onside kick. Stanford player waiting at 10 yards to recover got completely blown up. Well done
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:04 PM ^
Well, its official: BC is terrible.
ND 21 BC 7 end of 1st.
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:06 PM ^
Hasn't that been official for a few years now? At least since Matt Ryan was there? (I'll give that even that may be arguable)
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:10 PM ^
In my mind, there is a difference between bad and terrible. BC has crossed that line this year.
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:16 PM ^
Well, it's definitely been official ever since they fired their coach just for taking an interview with an NFL team. No wonder why their previous coach Tom O'Brien made a lateral move to NC State in the same conference.
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:04 PM ^
Props to Iowa for pulling off a good look with the alternating black and gold sections. Kinnick looks very good in HD tonight.
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:07 PM ^
Touchdown Oregon, this game is completely wild. I feel less awful about our D watching it.
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:08 PM ^
So, will Stanfurd be looking for the onside kick this time? Me thinks yes.
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:10 PM ^
Florida is not. It looks like Saban is going to roll Meyer
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:10 PM ^
Penn State is intent on embarrassing the coaches and writers who put them at #22 last weekend
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:12 PM ^
Uhh, hey folks, it's a 17-14 game in the Washington - USC game. With the sort of, semi, good guys on top.
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:12 PM ^
Florida and Urban Meyer sure is missing him a lot. Brantley is a good QB but is in the wrong system alas Chris Leak. Florida is overrated this year.
PSU is overrated and people should've figured that the offense is going to struggle big time with a true freshman QB starting and they lose key players on the team.
Stanford and Oregon game is going to be entertaining with lots of offensive fireworks.
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:15 PM ^
Bama going to town on florida. 24-0 now.
So it turns out that Meyer is only friends with the devil, while Saban and the SuperDevil are buddies
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:14 PM ^
stick a fork in florida. tebow isn't walking through that door.
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:14 PM ^
I hope Alabama keeps pushing Dee as a slot or on defense cause there's no way he doesn't come back from this game excited about Alabama.
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:16 PM ^

Hopefully his mind is made up, and Florida continues to conspire towards making this a dull easy victory.
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:15 PM ^
The second horrible roughing the passer penalty I've seen today, this time against Oregon.
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:16 PM ^
Bama just scored again. Is it possible that the best team in the SEC East is South Carolina? I don't really have confidence in the Gators, Dawgs, or Vols.
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:16 PM ^
what channel is stanford/ducks game on in the east coast?
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:18 PM ^
HD is USC/UW, Standard def is the Oregon/Stanford (in Michigan anyway)
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:24 PM ^
found it, thank you. hurts my eyes to watch SD!
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:19 PM ^
ESPN 2, but in SD only. No HD feed on the east coast.
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:17 PM ^
coverage completely blown by oregon there.
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:17 PM ^
What an awesome feeling; for halftime, ESPN is teasing Denard making history today. Feels great to be on the good side of the history books again.
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:21 PM ^
But it's on the line next week. Indiana gave MSU plenty of ideas for next Saturday.
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:18 PM ^
Has anyone mentioned
I mean has it been said at all
Like has anyone noticed
That the play that really won the game for MICH
Was a dead ringer for Henne to Manningham vs MSU in 2007
Oh, Denard. Keep on keeping on, my brother.
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:20 PM ^
Was a dead ringer for Henne to Manningham vs MSU in 2007
Was my initial thought as I ran around the living room.
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:28 PM ^
The great thing was, you knew it was coming. You knew we were going to air it out and Denard wasn't going to miss again.
Our D may be very scary but I have the most confidence in our offense I've ever had.
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:50 PM ^
100 percent agreed
I'm running out of ways to desribe it
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:20 PM ^
Just a general TWIS question: I know Tennessee will be up for the Scott Tenorman Award this week, but will LSU fans also make a push for it, and in doing so, becoming the first winning/undefeated team to do so?
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:21 PM ^
Boise State won it one week despite going undefeated (bye technically).
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:20 PM ^
Did PSU just have a sick OL the past few years or what? Royster has done piss all this season and has negative yards tonight.
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:25 PM ^
Did PSU just have a sick OL the past few years or what? Royster has done piss all this season and has negative yards tonight.
Their current O-line is completely pony, and their QB is Sherridanesque. I think Lewan will make thier Dline look like this guy:
October 2nd, 2010 at 9:32 PM ^
overrated as a RB. He has one gear and doesn't make people miss. He needs a good OL in front of him if he wants to succeed. Stefan Green is a better back than Royster and I don't know why PSU coaching staff aren't playing him more.
