Which home game are you looking forward to most?
9/8 Western Michigan
9/15 Southern Meth (CJK5H...A)
9/22 Nebraska
10/6 Maryland (Homecoming)
10/13 Wisconsin
11/3 Penn State
11/17 Indiana
--------
Could be for a variety of reasons: the opponent, hanging out with friends, can only make it back for one game, etc. Big hitters are Nebraska (they'll out-hit everyone even if they lose by 40), Wisconsin, and Penn State.
Here's my order:
PSU
Nebraska
Wisconsin
Western Michigan
Maryland
Indiana
SMU
What sayeth the board?
I have a goal of seeing every B1G team and Notre Dame play in the Big House. Wisconsin and Purdue are the last two.
I have the same goal - plan to get to the Nebraska game this year. That leaves Northwestern, Maryland, Rutgers for me.
I just got married a few months ago and my wife, from the Philippines, is curious about this "Michigan football" that I am obsessed with. She knows a lot about last season's basketball team but hasn't been properly introduced to the football team yet. I can't wait to take her to the Big House.
It seems like PSU's OL was a real tire fire 3 to 4 years ago but somehow they have turned their OL around. I have not paid much attention to their recruiting, may be they kept some of their in state talent even after their sanction years. Hopefully, our OL can make some real strides this season. Wisconsin would be my 2nd favorite game and then Nebraska. I still have a lot of Nebraska fans at work who think playing Michigan will be their first big win of the season. I always tell them how good our D will be this season. They seem to think Michigan is just a mediocre east division team, ripe for a on upset. I hope we crush NE 49-0.
Nebraska...good thread btw
I'll be in Chicago the week before for a conference so I plan to attend that one on my way back to Virginia.
Love to see that place turn Maize and Blue for Shea's Debut - oh yeah, and a little purple in Kelly's face as the Irsih get lit up.
they're called the "Arsh". Kind of like the potatoes. There are potatoes - which are red, and sweet - and then there are arsh potatoes...
is the one for me, need to start making arrangements.
There is nowhere I'd rather be on a fall Saturday than at Michigan Stadium.
Nebraska Cornhuskers, because my family and I will attend the game. :)
